Radost Solutions LLC is a Portland-based boutique consulting firm founded in 2022 that has
grown into a trusted provider of strategic consulting, staffing, recruiting, and fractional executive
services. Led by CEO & Founding Partner, Reuben Broadfoot and Principal Consultant, Dan Medin, we work with enterprise clients ranging from high-growth ecommerce, blockchain and
cryptography companies to healthcare systems and apparel industry leaders. Our partnership
brings combined expertise of over 45 years in transformation, technology, and operations
leadership.

Building Radost has been about creating the company I always wanted to hire - one that puts
people first while delivering exceptional results. The name "Radost" (Czech for "joy") reflects our
core belief that business success comes from engaged and motivated people. We've built our
practice on transparency, fair pricing, and flexible solutions that bridge the gaps between
technology, process, and people.

Reuben Broadfoot, CEO & Founding Partner - Brings 25+ years of technology and operations executive experience, including transformative roles as Sr. Director at Nike (Global Technology Operations & Enterprise Architecture), CIO at LifeMap, and IT leadership at Cambia Health Systems, plus specialized project delivery work on government research programs.

Dan Medin, Managing Partner - Twenty-five years of working across healthcare, technology, retail, and management consulting has taught me one consistent lesson: a great strategy means little if an organization can’t put it into practice. I’ve spent my career helping organizations bridge that gap — not just launching bold initiatives, but making sure they take hold, grow, and deliver real results in demanding, fast-moving environments.

We're actively managing several strategic engagements including establishing and executing senior wholesale program management for a major home goods retailer and leading innovative cryptographic mobile voting protocol projects with election security organizations. We continue to support healthcare and insurance based clients with their consulting and staffing needs, as they work to modernize complex, regulated and impactful systems and processes. We're scaling our staffing operations with sophisticated placements at premium rates while exploring expansion opportunities with new clients.

Our combined leadership brings proven expertise in solving complex business problems across multiple industries. We specialize in bridging the gap between strategy and execution through our unique approach that combines rigorous technical capabilities with deep understanding of human dynamics. Puddle Duck remains our mascot - representing both personal history and company values. Reuben helped him out of his shell in elementary school and raised him for six years. He won Grand Champion Waterfowl at the Oregon State Fair around 1980. Combined with our signature orange (yes, confusing for Ducks & Beavers fans!), he represents the unique, personal approach we bring to every engagement.
